Our New Home Warranty and Protection Plan warrants your new home and with proper care and maintenance, your new home should function smoothly for a very long time.  This includes the new homes in Phoenix, Maricopa, Vallejo, Folsom, Sacramento, Oakland, Denver, Orlando, Las Vegas, Austin, Dallas and Fort Worth. Outside of Denver, we also offer design and construction of Parker CO and Thornton CO new homes with warranties.  

It gives our customers peace of mind to have a warranty in place with more expensive homes, such as our Las Vegas custom homes and Orlando luxury homes.  It is not sensible to offer Orlando luxury homes on Orlando luxury real estate, without providing protection of the Orlando luxury homes to our customers, for example.  Meritage understands how much your investment means to you, so we do the best we can to provide the best possible service, from the start of the home buying process until the end.
